About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Site Manager to oversee the installation and delivery of fire sprinkler systems on a secure project. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for sprinkler installation works
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
  • Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades on site
  • Monitor progress, quality, and performance of works
  • Ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively planned and utilised
  • Maintain accurate site records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within fire protection/sprinkler systems
  • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • EL1 Security Clearance (essential)
  • Strong understanding of sprinkler systems and relevant regulations/standards
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • LPCB or equivalent fire protection qualifications
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience working on high-security or government projects
