About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sprinkler Site Manager to oversee the installation and delivery of fire sprinkler systems on a secure project. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for sprinkler installation works
- Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades on site
- Monitor progress, quality, and performance of works
- Ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively planned and utilised
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within fire protection/sprinkler systems
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- EL1 Security Clearance (essential)
- Strong understanding of sprinkler systems and relevant regulations/standards
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable:
- LPCB or equivalent fire protection qualifications
- First Aid certification
- Experience working on high-security or government projects
