As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of solar PV systems on residential rooftops, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Install domestic solar PV systems (primarily rooftop installations)
- Follow design schematics and ensure proper panel layout and wiring
- Ensure all electrical components meet relevant regulations
- Liaise with customers professionally, explaining the system and installation process
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with MCS, NAPIT, and RECC standards
- Complete installation reports and documentation accurately
- Work with the project team to meet daily and weekly targets
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience installing solar PV systems
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and DC/AC wiring
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification (essential)
- 2391/2394 Inspection & Testing qualification (preferred)
- Comfortable working at height with proper safety equipment
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
