About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical works within a private residential apartment block. This role is primarily supervisory, with a focus on coordinating and managing subcontractors across key mechanical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site
- Oversee installation and commissioning of:
- Pipefitting systems
- Ductwork installations
- Smoke ventilation systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role (non-working preferred)
- Strong background in pipefitting, ductwork, and smoke ventilation systems
- Experience managing and organising subcontractors
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Desirable:
- Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications
