Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Consultant:
* Manage a portfolio of construction clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and expand our network.
* Source, screen, and place skilled candidates in construction roles, from trades to senior management.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews, job offers, and placements.
* Develop and execute effective marketing and business development strategies to grow your desk.
* Achieve and exceed targets, earning competitive commissions based on your success.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
* Work alongside experienced consultants to learn the ropes of recruitment in the construction industry.
* Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for various construction roles.
* Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and recruitment processes.
* Gain hands-on experience in recruitment administration, job advertising, and candidate screening.
