We are looking for an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineers to join our expanding team covering Berkshire and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work across commercial and residential sites. The Role
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems
- Installing split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards
- Accurately completing job reports and paperwork
Requirements
- Previous experience in air conditioning engineering
- F-Gas certification
- Experience with commercial and domestic AC systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable but not essential:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- IPAF or PASMA certification
- Experience with ventilation systems
