The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for mechanical services projects, encompassing air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and commercial heating installations. This role requires a thorough understanding of project requirements, cost analysis, and effective collaboration with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
