- Oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance jobs – from job logging, resource allocation, site access coordination, through to completion and reporting.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations, health & safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Manage the allocation of engineers and subcontractors to ensure responsive and timely service delivery.
- Assist with monitoring KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), and take appropriate action to address performance issues.

- Strong mechanical services background – either via trade, engineering, or technical qualification.
- Sound understanding of mechanical building services systems (e.g., heating, plumbing, ventilation, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills – able to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a building services, M&E, or facilities maintenance contractor.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements for council/public sector buildings.
What’s on Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package (dependent on experience).
- Opportunity to work with a well-established and growing contractor.
- Hybrid working flexibility after probation period.
- Collaborative team culture and support from experienced colleagues.
- Clear visibility and impact on service delivery performance.
