RHL are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a project in Lancaster (LA1 3QZ). This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will oversee sprinkler installation works on site, managing a small team and acting as the key point of contact for the client.
Key Requirements
- NVQ qualification relevant to the role
- SSSTS (required)
- Gold CSCS Card (preferred)
- Proven and checkable work history within the Fire Protection / Sprinkler sector
- Demonstrable experience supervising sprinkler installation teams
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, site management, subcontractors, and operatives
- Ability to coordinate works and ensure delivery in line with the project programme
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site
- Manage and coordinate a team of 4 sprinkler fitters
- Act as the main point of contact for the client on site
- Attend DABS meetings with the client and project stakeholders
- Support the Project Manager with site coordination and reporting
- Monitor labour productivity and maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Additional Information
Work Scope: Managing a team installing sprinkler systems on site. PPE: Standard PPE required including Hi-Vis.
