We’re looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing team covering London and the surrounding areas. This role would suit someone confident with fault-finding and repair across a range of commercial and high-end residential systems.
The Role
The position is a mix of reactive callouts and maintenance, with a strong focus on diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, while other engineers primarily handle planned maintenance. Work will vary depending on the season and workload.
You’ll be working across a healthy mix of commercial and residential sites, with an increasing focus on commercial clients.

- VRF / VRV systems
- Chillers
- 4-pipe fan coil units
- Cold rooms
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with the systems listed above
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- F-Gas qualified (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to workload and occasional overtime
Package & Benefits
- Salary circa £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
- Overtime available where work is chargeable
- Company van available (new van can be supplied)

- Emergency and out-of-hours call-outs are rare and handled on a case-by-case basis
