Robert Hurst Limited is seeking a Commercial Quantity Surveyor to protect and enhance the commercial performance of allocated projects from pre-construction through final account. The role focuses on robust commercial management, contractual compliance, accurate forecasting and cashflow protection across the project lifecycle.
Working with Operations, Estimating, Procurement and Finance teams, you will help ensure projects are commercially controlled, risks are managed and contractual obligations are met.
