About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and residential electrical projects from pre‑construction through to completion. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Attend client and site meetings
- Monitor quality control and project progress
- Produce project reports and manage documentation
- Support commissioning and handover processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations
- Ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS or equivalent certification preferred
- ECS/CSCS card desirable
- Full UK driving licence
