The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 € per year.
You will work closely with the Senior Management to support the delivery of electrical building services projects and contracts throughout London. Most clients are based within the M25. It is expected that you will spend your time working from the site covering site visits, surveys, and meetings. We allow flexible working either from our office bases, sites, or homes. At times you may need to also assist with tendering/estimating departments.
Job Spec:
- Run and build projects within the commercial sector.
- Update design drawings as the project progresses/changes.
- Manage main contract.
- Manage sub-contractors.
- Check on the quality of installations and report any issues to subcontractors for rectification.
- Deal with procurement/purchasing of required materials via our in-house procurement manager.
- Manage budgets and P.
- Ensure all health and safety requirements.
- Produce/update CVIs, RFIs, and final O.
- Run multiple small and large projects at the same time.
- Liaise with clients' contracts managers regarding accounts.
Salary dependent on experience. Overtime hours available during busy periods (optional). 20 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays. Bonus scheme available.
