As our Pre-Construction Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in the early stages of project development. You’ll be responsible for analyzing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with our engineering, design, and project management teams to bring high-quality bids to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and RFPs for scope and cost.
  • Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates and budgets.
  • Conduct quantity takeoffs and solicit vendor/subcontractor pricing.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and engineering teams during pre-construction.
  • Support project transitions from pre-construction to operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial/industrial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction methods.
  • Experience with estimating software (Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
