Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Ductwork Working Supervisor to join their expanding team.

The Role As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing ductwork installation teams while remaining hands-on where required.
You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, whilst coordinating with site management and other trades.
Key Responsibilities * Supervise ductwork installation teams on large-scale construction projects. * Lead by example with a hands-on approach to installation when required. * Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and programme. * Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors. * Maintain the highest standards of health and safety on site. * Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery. * Carry out quality inspections and ensure installation standards are maintained. * Assist in planning daily site activities and resolving technical issues.
