Job Overview: Working for a Facilities Management company based in Petersfield. Undertaking works mainly in all London Airports and in the South of England, and Train Stations. Undertaking planned and reactive Duct cleaning and repair/ modification works. Job Specification: * Working 4 nights a week, Monday-Thursday. Estimated times between 17.00 to 04.00 finish. Average working week is circa 40-44 hours (overtime and weekend works available). * Ideally 21 and over, holds a valid driving license, can drive Company vehicles and able to drive long distances. * Working in all Major Airports and Railway Station in the South of England with a clean and traceable 5-year history to achieve a DBS check in order to obtain an Airport Access Pass. * Working in major Retail Outlets, you will need to be able to interact with Clients, being polite at all times, whilst progressing the tasks identified. * Undertake Duct Cleaning to TR19 – ideally TR19 trained, training will be provided if not. * Undertake Duct Work modifications and repairs as required to TR19 Standard * Comfortable at working at height off Ladders/ Platforms. * Work well in teams, performing set up and clean up tasks at the Job site. * Maintaining tools, equipment and a clean working environment * The ability to follow written and spoken instructions What’s on offer: * Salary range of £25,500 – £33,300 per annum * All Workwear and PPE Provided. * Van and Fuel Card * Overtime and Weekend Work available * Training is provided * Further career progression within a well-established Facility Management company
