THE ROLE:
- Delivering domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 requirements
- Managing projects from post-assessment and design coordination through installation and final handover
- Coordinating works between Retrofit Coordinators, Designers and PAS 2030-certified installers
- Supporting the retrofit design process and technical teams
- Supporting the construction and installation phases of retrofit projects
- Managing project programme, quality assurance and resident liaison
- Ensuring compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and MCS standards
- Overseeing installer performance, inspections and quality checks
- Maintaining accurate records to ensure audit and compliance readiness
