We are seeking an experienced CDM Site Supervisor to oversee a short-term project within a rail environment (not directly on the tracks). This is a great opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to take ownership of a small office fit-out project.

The works involve a small office fit-out, including:

  • Installation of air conditioning systems
  • Electrical works

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day site management and coordination
  • Overseeing deliveries and subcontractors
  • Maintaining a detailed site diary, including evidence collection for Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Managing all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) aspects on site

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a site supervisory role
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
  • Asbestos Awareness certification
  • 3-Day Emergency First Aid at Work qualification

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Banksman training
  • Manual handling certification
  • Working at height qualification
