We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality hiring solutions across a range of trades. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, databases, networking, and referrals.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Match suitable candidates to open vacancies based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/database.
- Meet agreed KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, calls, referrals, and market mapping.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment processes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred.
