Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Site Supervisor for a 6-month project at Shotton Mill in Deeside. This is a key supervisory role focused on ensuring daily operations are running efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate on-site operatives, ensuring productivity throughout the working day
  • Attend regular site meetings with the client
  • Conduct Health & Safety briefings and enforce HSE compliance
  • Monitor progress of works to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS and SSSTS certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience supervising teams in an industrial or construction setting
  • Must provide own standard Hi-Vis PPE

Client Meeting Requirement: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an introductory meeting with the client, either at their Derby office or near the Deeside site.
