We are seeking an experienced Non-Working Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical subcontractors on a busy construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on-site
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and trades
  • Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supervising mechanical works on construction sites
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • SMSTS/SSSTS required
