We are seeking an experienced Ductwork Project Manager to join our team on projects across the Midlands. This role is open to both permanent and self-employed professionals and offers long-term opportunities within a growing mechanical contractor.
Key Requirements:
- All relevant qualifications required to operate as a Project Manager within the construction environment
- Proven, checkable work history delivering ductwork/mechanical projects
- Strong experience managing ductwork installation teams and site management
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance
- Demonstrable experience producing and managing RAMs and Method Statements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organisational and programme management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ductwork projects from pre-start through to completion
- Oversee installation teams ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Prepare, review, and implement RAMs and Method Statements
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance on site
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and responsive service
