We are seeking 4 experienced and driven Project Engineers to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects across Midlands, Anglia and the Southwest. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong engineering background and proven experience working on high-value, complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects across multiple sites
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support procurement activities and subcontractor management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation
Key Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline)
- Proven experience working on high-value infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong understanding of project engineering principles and delivery processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working on major UK infrastructure or energy projects
- Ductwork experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Experience with project management tools and software
