We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers, Improvers, and Plumbers' Mates for a long-term commercial project at AWE Aldermaston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team on a secure site with ongoing work.
Location: Aldermaston
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:30
Rates:
- Plumbing Engineers & Fitters: £25 - £27 per hour
- Improvers: £19 - £20 per hour
- Mates: £16.10 per hour
Scope of Work: Commercial plumbing installation, including:
- HDPE fusion welding
- Mapress copper installation
Requirements:
- CSCS Blue Card/CSCS Green Card
- Relevant experience as a Plumber, Improver, or Mate
- Ability to commute to the Aldermaston site
- PPE (Mates) / PPE own tools (Improvers)
- 2 years plumbing experience for Mates
- Must hold or be able to obtain BPSS Clearance
Recruitment Process: BPSS clearance will be required prior to site access. Support will be provided for candidates able to obtain this level of clearance.
