We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts / Design Manager to undertake all aspects of running HVAC contracts of all sizes up to £1m in value. The primary role will involve running various contracts on a daily basis; however, the successful applicant will also need some knowledge of Ventilation & Air Conditioning design and equipment selection. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication would also be an advantage.

- A proven solid understanding of HVAC systems in both industrial and commercial environments.
- Experience skills in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Health and Safety procedures within the business.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and schematic layouts.
- Have CSCS or similar qualifications.
- Excellency in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to sometimes a non-technical audience.
- Have a good level of skill in Microsoft Office programmes, especially Word and Excel.
- To be able to achieve DBS Enhanced clearance.
- Hold a Full UK driving licence.
