RHL are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a project in Northumberland. This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will oversee sprinkler installation works on site, managing a small team and acting as the key point of contact for the client.

Key Requirements

  • NVQ qualification relevant to the role
  • SSSTS (required)
  • Gold CSCS Card (preferred)
  • Proven and checkable work history within the Fire Protection / Sprinkler sector
  • Demonstrable experience supervising sprinkler installation teams
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, site management, subcontractors, and operatives
  • Ability to coordinate works and ensure delivery in line with the project programme

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site
  • Manage and coordinate a team of 4 sprinkler fitters
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client on site
  • Attend DABS meetings with the client and project stakeholders
  • Support the Project Manager with site coordination and reporting
  • Monitor labour productivity and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

Additional Information

  • Work Scope: Managing a team installing sprinkler systems on site
  • PPE: Standard PPE required including Hi-Vis
