Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Site Supervisor for a 6-month project at Shotton Mill in Deeside. This is a key supervisory role focused on ensuring daily operations are running efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site operatives, ensuring productivity throughout the working day
- Attend regular site meetings with the client
- Conduct Health & Safety briefings and enforce HSE compliance
- Monitor progress of works to ensure project timelines are met
Requirements
- Valid CSCS and SSSTS certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising teams in an industrial or construction setting
- Must provide own standard Hi-Vis PPE
Client Meeting Requirement
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an introductory meeting with the client, either at their Derby office or near the Deeside site.
