We are looking for a skilled and qualified Mobile Multi-Skilled A/C Engineer to join our client's team in Sutton. The successful applicant would be required to carry out service, maintenance, installation, and fault-finding on a range of air conditioning, HVAC, and mechanical building services systems. The role involves working independently and as part of a small mobile team to support commercial buildings across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning and HVAC systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
- Perform diagnostics and fault-finding on a wide range of mechanical and A/C equipment.
- Service and maintain gas-fired and oil-fired boilers, pumps, valves, pipework systems, and air handling units.
- Conduct routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance tasks across commercial sites.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards, F-Gas regulations, and site-specific requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports, documentation, and job sheets using digital tools where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 F-Gas Qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the air conditioning/HVAC industry
- Capable of both service and installation works
- CSCS
- Full Drivers Licence
