We're looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects across the public sector, commercial property, and large residential buildings. Managing projects typically valued between £25k and £1m, you'll oversee delivery from feasibility and design coordination through to construction, commissioning, and handover. This is an excellent opportunity to work on retrofit, refurbishment, and decarbonisation projects, helping clients achieve their Net Zero Carbon goals. Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple M&E projects from pre-construction to completion
- Manage programmes, budgets, contractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate M&E design and construction activities
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, and H&S requirements
- Oversee commissioning, handover, and project reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering M&E building services projects (£25k-£1m)
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working in occupied/live environments
- Commercial awareness and contractor management experience
- Full UK driving licence
