About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the retrofit of a commercial office space in Central London. • Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades on site
  • Monitor progress against programme and report to stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate site risks
  • Ensure works comply with both construction and any client-specific (rail-related) standards
  • Support delivery within a safety-critical or highly regulated environment

Key Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations (2015)
  • Ability to manage site activities in controlled or regulated environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS)
