The Role: Robert Hurst Group are currently recruiting experienced AC Installers / Air Conditioning Engineers to join the M&E team on a high-profile office-to-hotel conversion project in Central London. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work on a flagship project, with potential for overtime throughout the programme. You will be carrying out air conditioning installation works across guest rooms, corridors, plant rooms, and back-of-house areas, working as part of a coordinated M&E delivery team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installation of VRF / VRV systems, ducted fan coil units, and split AC systems
  • Refrigerant pipework installation, including insulation, brackets, and supports
  • Assisting with commissioning and system testing
  • Reading and working from drawings and specifications
  • Coordinating with electrical and plumbing teams on-site
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards and quality workmanship

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card (HVAC / Mechanical)
  • Proven experience installing AC, VRF, and VRV systems
  • Ability to read drawings and work independently
  • Experience working in commercial installation environments
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable (but not essential):

  • F-Gas Certification
  • IPAF / PASMA
  • Asbestos Awareness
