We are seeking an experienced Site Manager, with a bias towards sprinkler systems, to oversee and coordinate Mechanical subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on-site
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and trades
  • Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supervising sprinkler system installation and mechanical works on construction sites
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good understanding of sprinkler systems
  • SMSTS/SSSTS and EL1 security (preferable but can be provided)
