We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Duct Fitters and Duct Mates for a long-term project based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-run site with competitive pay rates.
Role Details
- Positions: Duct Fitter & Duct Mate
- Location: Hemel Hempstead
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 8–10 months
Pay Rates
- Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
- Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour
Requirements
- Duct Fitter: Valid Blue CSCS Card (Duct Installation), Proven experience in ductwork installation, Own tools and full PPE, Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Duct Mate: Valid Green CSCS Card, Previous site experience preferred, Full PPE, Strong work ethic and willingness to assist skilled trades
Duties Include
- Installation of ductwork systems to specification
- Assisting with fitting and assembly
- Reading and interpreting drawings (for fitters)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting site team to meet deadlines
