We are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join an ongoing residential project in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, working on a new build flats development. This is a long-term opportunity with immediate start for reliable and skilled electricians who take pride in high-quality workmanship.

Scope of Works

  • Carrying out 1st fix and 2nd fix electrical installations
  • Installation of containment, cabling, accessories, and final connections
  • Working to drawings, specifications, and site schedules
  • Ensuring all works are completed to current BS7671 regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and site housekeeping

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on new build residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix installations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Valid CSCS/ECS card
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
