We are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join an ongoing residential project in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, working on a new build flats development. This is a long-term opportunity with immediate start for reliable and skilled electricians who take pride in high-quality workmanship.
Scope of Works
- Carrying out 1st fix and 2nd fix electrical installations
- Installation of containment, cabling, accessories, and final connections
- Working to drawings, specifications, and site schedules
- Ensuring all works are completed to current BS7671 regulations
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and site housekeeping
Requirements
- Proven experience working on new build residential projects
- Strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix installations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and PPE
- Valid CSCS/ECS card
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
