We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team for a project based in Gosport. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical activities on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all M&E site activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure efficient workflow across the site.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet required standards.
- Maintain strong communication with the project team and report progress effectively.
- Ensure safe systems of work, including RAMS and permit-to-work processes.
Requirements
- SMSTS and CSCS (essential)
- IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred)
- Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager within the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- MOD clearance beneficial but not mandatory
