Auto CAD Designer in Hampshire, Hook

Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Designer to join our clients construction team in Hook Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, 2D and 3D models, and construction documentation that support the design, planning, and execution of building projects You will work closely with the sales engineers making the designs from their sketches. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD. Prepare construction drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation for architectural, structural, and civil projects. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure drawings reflect the most current project information. Maintain and organize project files, ensuring drawing accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards. Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to technical problem-solving. Ensure that all CAD work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Qualifications: Qualification in AutoCAD design 2 years of experience in AutoCAD design within the construction industry Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings from hand drawn sketches. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of BIM workflows an advantage but not essential
