We are seeking an experienced Panel Wirer to join our client's growing BMS and Controls engineering team based in Fareham. This is a great opportunity to be part of a specialist team working on high-quality building management and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire BMS control panels to specification
- Interpret and work accurately from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and general arrangement (GA) drawings
- Terminate components and field devices in line with industry standards
- Assist with panel testing, inspection, and quality assurance checks
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, both independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Panel Wirer / Control Panel Wireman
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on neat, accurate wiring
- Good understanding of control circuits and DIN rail-mounted components
- ECS/CSCS card desirable but not essential
