Job Summary: We are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join an ongoing residential project in Southgate, working on a new build flats development. This is a long-term opportunity with immediate start for reliable and skilled electricians who take pride in high-quality workmanship.

Scope of Works: The scope includes but is not limited to:

  • 1st Fix Electrical Installation
  • Install containment systems (conduit, trunking, tray, basket) as per drawings and specifications
  • Run and secure cables for: Lighting circuits, Power circuits, Emergency lighting, Fire alarm systems (containment and cabling where applicable), Data/TV systems (if required)
  • Position back boxes for: Socket outlets, Switches, Data/TV points, Fire alarm devices
  • Install earthing and bonding in accordance with BS 7671
  • Coordinate with other trades to ensure correct positioning and access
  • Ensure work complies with current regulations and site standards

Requirements:

  • Approved Electrician
  • JIB Gold Card
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Proven experience in commercial or sports facility installations
  • Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
  • Own tools and PPE
