We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of electrical building services projects across London and the surrounding areas. The role will involve managing multiple commercial sector projects throughout the M25 region while working closely with senior management, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Flexible working is offered between sites, office locations, and home working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage commercial electrical projects from start to completion
  • Manage multiple small and large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Update and coordinate design drawings throughout project progression
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of installations
  • Liaise with procurement teams for materials purchasing
  • Manage project budgets and P&L performance
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures and documentation are compliant
  • Produce and update CVIs, RFIs, and O&M manuals
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and surveys
  • Support estimating/tendering teams when required
  • Liaise with client contract managers regarding commercial matters and accounts
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing electrical building services projects
  • Strong commercial sector experience
  • Good understanding of project financial management
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and client relationships effectively
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
