We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Duct Mates and Skilled Labourers to join a long-term project based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-established site with a strong pipeline of activity.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00, 8-hour paid day with a 30-minute lunch break
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Previous experience in ductwork or construction labouring preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting duct fitters on site
- Handling and moving materials safely
- Supporting installation tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times
This is a long-term position (2 years) offering stability and the chance to work with an experienced team on a significant project.
