Job Advert: Duct Improver & Duct Fitter – Immediate Start – London
Are you an experienced Duct Fitter or Duct Improver looking for your next opportunity in London? Join a well-established M&E contractor on a large-scale commercial project involving galvanised ductwork. We’re currently seeking reliable, skilled, and CSCS-certified professionals for immediate starts!

Location:
Central London (Exact site details provided upon application)

Duration:
4 to 5 Months
(Ongoing work for the right candidates)

Roles Available:
DUCT FITTER
Rate: £28.00 per hour
CSCS Requirement: Blue or Gold CSCS Card
Experience: Proven track record of fitting galvanised ductwork on commercial or industrial projects. Must be able to work from drawings, cut and install ducting with precision, and manage own workload effectively.

DUCT IMPROVER
Rate: £19.00 per hour
CSCS Requirement: Green or Blue CSCS Card
Experience: Previous experience assisting duct fitters, supporting installations, sealing joints, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation of galvanised ductwork (square and spiral)
Working from drawings and instructions
Coordination with site supervisors and fellow trades
Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Efficient and accurate fitting to programme timelines

Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card (as per role)
Full PPE and own tools (fitters only)
Previous experience in similar roles
Right to work in the UK
Immediate availability preferred
