About: We are recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join our clients newly formed Aftercare and Small Works team, supporting projects throughout London and Greater London.

Role Overview: As a key member of our Aftercare and Small Works team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring installations, remedial works, and customer service. This role suits a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out remedial and replacement flooring works as required.
  • Prepare and set up sites for fitting teams.
  • Deliver small flooring projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct measurements when necessary.
  • Liaise closely with the Aftercare and Small Works teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and uphold company standards on every job.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fully competent floor layer with experience in contract/commercial flooring.
  • Minimum 10 years' floor-laying experience and 5 years on-site experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Organised, confident, and friendly with a can-do attitude.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available
  • Weekend work available
