Duct Improver / Duct Mate / Labourer Required - Cambridge (CB22)
We are currently looking for experienced Duct Improvers, Duct Mates, and Labourers for an exciting commercial project in Cambridge (CB22).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team on a busy site, with an immediate start and competitive hourly rates.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00 30-minute unpaid lunch break 8-hour working day
• Pay Rates
- Duct Improver: £20.00 per hour
- Duct Mate / Labourer: £17.00 per hour
- Scope of Works
You will be assisting with the installation of galvanized ductwork on a commercial construction project. Duties may include:
- Installing and assisting with galvanized ductwork.
- Supporting duct fitters and site supervisors.
- Moving and preparing materials.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working efficiently as part of a professional installation team.
Requirements
- Duct Improver
- Blue or Green CSCS Card.
- IPAF Certificate (essential).
- Previous ductwork installation experience.
- Full PPE.
- Own hand tools.
- Duct Mate / Labourer
- Green CSCS Card.
- Previous construction or ductwork experience preferred.
- Full PPE.
- Own basic tools.
Applicants must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working safely on a busy construction site.
