Ductwork Supervisor – Midlands Location: Midlands, UK Employment Type: Permanent or Self-Employed Salary: Excellent salary/package with strong future career prospects We are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to join our Clients team on projects across the Midlands . This role is open to both permanent and self-employed candidates and offers long-term stability and progression for the right individual. Key Requirements: All necessary qualifications to operate as an SSSTS-qualified Supervisor Proven, checkable work history within the ductwork/mechanical construction sector Demonstrable experience supervising and managing ductwork installation teams Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality standards, and site procedures Excellent communication skills , with the ability to liaise effectively with site management, subcontractors, and operatives Ability to plan, coordinate, and drive installation works to programme Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day ductwork installation activities on site Manage labour, productivity, and quality of works Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards Coordinate with project teams and report progress as required This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering competitive pay , long-term work, and clear career progression within the mechanical services sector.
