We are seeking an experienced Site Manager, with a bias towards sprinkler systems, to oversee and coordinate Mechanical subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on-site
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and trades
- Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising sprinkler system installation and mechanical works on construction sites
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of sprinkler systems
- SMSTS/SSSTS and EL1 security (preferable but can be provided)
