We are seeking a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join Robert Hurst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods
- Manage job postings, CV searches, and candidate pipelines
