Robert Hurst Group are seeking an experienced Air-Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and expanding HVAC company. This is a great opportunity for a capable engineer looking for long-term stability, ongoing development and involvement in a wide range of Commercial and Industrial projects. You will be responsible for installing a range of air-conditioning systems, working from first fix through to completion. The role involves working independently on site as well as coordinating with project teams, mentoring junior engineers/apprentices when required, and participating in an out-of-hours rota. Key Responsibilities: Installation of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems Delivering work to current industry and quality standards Supporting and guiding less experienced team members on site Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics and installation plans Ensuring professional communication and customer care Adhering to company procedures, compliance requirements and health & safety standards Requirements: Minimum 3 years\’ experience working with AC systems NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in refrigeration/air conditioning Strong technical understanding of AC and refrigeration equipment Ability to work from technical drawings and diagrams Confident working independently or as part of a wider team F-Gas certification – essential Experience using field-based service or job management apps Full UK driving licence Own hand tools Able to pass a basic DBS check if required41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
