This is a full-time role based out of our West Bromwich depot for an ADR Class 2 Tanker Driver. The role involves the safe and compliant transportation of hazardous and special waste, as well as drummed waste materials.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhering to both company and regulatory safety standards
- Completing required documentation accurately
- Maintaining the vehicle in line with company guidelines
- Interacting professionally with customers and representing Robert Hopkins Environmental as reliable and competent service providers
Qualifications:
- Holds a valid ADR Class 2 license with relevant hazardous material endorsements
- Demonstrated experience in safe driving of tankers and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance in waste transportation
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to consistently maintain accurate records and documentation
