About the Role

Robert Heath Heating, a leading name in the heating services industry, is proud to partner with Daikin UK, a global leader in heat pumps and air conditioning. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service & Admin Advisor to join our team, representing the Daikin brand and delivering exceptional service to its customers.

This is a fantastic fully remote opportunity for a self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in both customer care and administration. You will be the first point of contact for Daikin customers, playing a vital role in their service journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email regarding Daikin products, service calls, and general queries.

Provide high-quality administrative support, including accurately logging service calls, updating customer records, and managing our CRM system.

Schedule appointments for engineers and customers, ensuring efficient diary management.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining the high standards expected by both Robert Heath Heating and Daikin UK.

Process documentation and correspondence related to customer accounts and service jobs.

What We\'re Looking For

Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.

A strong administrative background with exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be clear, confident, and professional.

IT Proficient, especially with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

A self-starter who is disciplined and productive in a home-working environment.
