Robert Half Technology are assisting a UK market-leading legal organisation in their search for a Xero Trainer / Consultant to join on an initial 3-6 month contract basis. The Xero Consultant will play a key role in leading client onboarding, migrations, and ongoing optimisation of the Xero platform. This is a client-facing position requiring both strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver training and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end Xero implementations and migrations, ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding experience
  • Advising clients on Xero best practices, workflows, and effective platform usage
  • Designing and delivering Xero training for internal teams, including Customer Success, Onboarding, and Operations
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex Xero-related queries from internal teams
  • Troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues across Xero, including integrations and workflows
  • Identifying recurring issues and proactively improving processes, documentation, and training materials
  • Creating scalable resources (e.g. guides, videos, FAQs) to reduce repeat queries
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Operations teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency
