Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Lead to coordinate and deliver a broad range of marketing activity across content, digital, campaigns, PR, events and stakeholder communications within a technical B2B environment. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, creating clear and engaging content, and working collaboratively with subject matter experts, commercial teams and external agencies. You will play a key role in maintaining momentum across marketing channels, ensuring activity is well planned, commercially aligned and delivered to a high standard. This is a 6-month contract role that is looking for someone to start ASAP! Please note that you will be expected in the office in Watford 1x week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content & Social Media: Manage day-to-day social media activity, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Work with agency partners to plan and deliver content that builds awareness, communicates technical expertise and promotes services, campaigns, events and business milestones. Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories, proof points, case studies and thought leadership opportunities. Support content creation for senior stakeholders and technical experts, including social posts, commentary and campaign messaging. Capture and shape content from events, demonstrations, industry activity and internal initiatives.
  • Email Marketing & Newsletters: Draft, coordinate and deliver newsletters and targeted email communications. Source updates from internal stakeholders and turn them into timely, commercially relevant content. Support campaign-related email activity linked to events, launches, awareness campaigns and sector engagement.
  • Website & Digital Content: Maintain and update website content across multiple digital platforms. Draft and edit website copy, landing pages, news stories, case studies and campaign content. Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure content is clear, accurate, accessible and aligned to wider marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement: Produce and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, service overviews, one-pagers, presentations, data sheets and event materials. Translate technical subject matter into clear, accessible and audience-focused marketing materials. Coordinate copywriting, design, proofreading, approvals and version control for print and digital assets. Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines, messaging and tone of voice. Review and improve existing materials to ensure consistency, relevance and effectiveness. Support the development of sales enablement content to help teams communicate services, standards and technical value propositions.
  • PR & Communications: Support day-to-day PR and communications activity. Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to identify stories, announcements, thought leadership and media opportunities. Contribute to press releases, media commentary, award submissions and briefing materials. Support communications activity around campaigns, events, launches, partnerships and industry developments. Coordinate approvals to ensure technical accuracy and messaging consistency. Monitor media coverage and support reporting on outcomes and opportunities.
  • Events & Stakeholder Engagement: Support marketing activity around industry events, webinars, exhibitions and stakeholder sessions. Coordinate event materials, promotion, speaker support, social content and follow-up communications. Help maximise the value of events before, during and after delivery.
  • Agency & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external suppliers. Brief partners effectively, coordinate feedback and ensure activity is delivered on time. Maintain alignment with brand, messaging and commercial priorities.
  • Planning, Coordination & Reporting: Maintain content calendars, campaign plans and marketing trackers. Coordinate approvals with stakeholders across the business. Support reporting across social, email, digital content, campaigns and event activity. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, planning and delivery.

Ideal Senior Marketing Executive Profile:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a hands-on marketing, content or communications role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong writing, editing and content development skills.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and organisational social media channels.
  • Experience delivering newsletters, email campaigns and website content.
  • Understanding of integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, events and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience producing brochures, presentations, sales materials and marketing collateral.
